What Shipping Methods Are Available?

 

We make use of a professional courier service. They allocate a number to each parcel. This allows us to track and trace the shipment accurately.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship globally.

We’ll make all the necessary arrangements with regards to your shipment and provide you with a tracking number. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

South African clients can expect to receive their standard order within 10 working days.

International shipments will be arranged and the expected date of receipt will be confirmed prior to shipping the products.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We make use of a secure payment gateway called PayFast.

PayFast makes it possible for local and international shoppers to pay with their Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard). PayFast has a variety of fraud protection mechanisms in place to protect you against charge backs.

PayFast also enables South Africans to make an Instant EFT. The payment will be cleared immediately and there is no need to forward us a proof of payment.

For shoppers who would like to use PayPal, please contact us. We are able to process PayPal payments offsite.

Is Buying Online Safe?

We make use of PayPal (offsite) & PayFast –  both entities are committed to keeping all sensitive information secure. The data is encrypted for extra protection against fraud and identity theft.

With our available payment methods, you will never have to submit your credit card details directly to purchase products on Decoland.

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order via our online shop. Alternatively you can contact us so that we can discuss your needs and see how we can help you!

International shoppers must preferably contact us before placing an order online, so that we can discuss available shipping methods and make the necessary arrangements. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Should you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Should you be unhappy with the quality of your purchase, we will refund you in full.  

Do I need an account to place an order?

Online shoppers must create an account in order to purchase bedding via our online shop. This will only take a few minutes and does not include the submission of any sensitive financial information.
